In the recent period when productions shot with big budgets and undergoing massive promotion processes have been crashing at the box office, productions such as Dune 2 (Dune: Part Two) are reversing the decline in the cinema industry. The popular movie, which includes actors such as Timothée Chalamet and  Zendaya, continues its success at the box office. Here is the Dune 2 box office!

Dune 2 grossed approximately $500 million worldwide

According to the latest reports shared by Variety, Dune 2’s box office will surpass $500 million by the end of today. The instant gross of the film is around 494.7 million at the time of writing this article. In fact , considering the $434.8 million gross of the first production released in 2021, we can expect the total gross of the second movie, which is still being released, to approach or even exceed $600 million.

Dune 2 (Dune: Part Two) hit the big screen on March 1. The production made a name for itself by doubling the first movie, Dune: Desert Planet, released in 2021, with a box office of $81.5 million in its first week in North America. The production also earned a total of 178.5 million dollars with a worldwide revenue of 97 million dollars.

 The main cast is retained in Dune 2. In other words, we see actors such as Timothee Chalamet  (Paul Atreides), Zendaya (Chani) and Stellan Skarsgaard (Baron Vladimir Harkonnen), who appeared in the first movie,  in the sequel. However, we should point out that in addition to these names, Florence Pugh plays the role of Princess Irulan, and Austin Butler plays the role of Feyd-Rautha.
