RedMagic 8S Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version

When we take a look at the specs of the phone, we can see that the company preferred the leading version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The 8+ Gen 2 chipset comes with a 3.36GHz Cortex-X3 and the 719MHz Adreno 740 GPU. The company claims that the performance test results show that it offers 5% higher CPU and 5.7% higher GPU performance than the basic version of the processor.

Also, the RedMagic 8S Pro is available in up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage options globally, compared to up to 24GB RAM in the Chinese version. On the display side, the device features a 6.8-inch (2480 x 1116 pixels) FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

It is equipped with the ICE 12.0 magic cooling system, which includes a new duct structure, cooling gel, and an improved 2068mm³ super large vapor chamber (VC) cooling plate. The 8S Pro will be available in Midnight, Platinum, and Aurora color options. The RedMagic 8S Pro will be on sale on August 3, but you can pre-order it between July 27 and August 2.
