Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 surprise on Redmi K50 Ultra
Xiaomi introduced the Redmi K50 series back in March, but now it’s adding another model to the family. The phone called Redmi K50 Ultra will retain most of the K50 Pro specs. This includes 120W fast charging, 50 Megapixel main camera (wiht a larger sensor) and 120 Hz AMOLED display.
But things will change when it comes to the processor. As you know, K50 Pro uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 processor. However, The Redmi K50 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.

K50 Ultra will be one of the Xiaomi flagships for 2022. The only downside is probably screen.
Despite the 120 Hz AMOLED screen, the resolution will be Full HD +. The panel also will come with a single punch hole for the front-facing camera.
The battery capacity is expected to be around 5000 mAh. Unfortunately, that’s all we know about the phone for now. However, more details are expected to emerge soon. The main question is the price of the phone.
