Xiaomi added a new one to its affordable models by introducing Redmi K60 Ultra in China. K60 Ultra, the most powerful model of the K60 family, comes with a 6.67-inch OLED display and Dimensity 9200+. The price is quite ambitious compared to high-end models. Here are the details.
Redmi K60 Ultra specs and price
The Redmi K60 Ultra has a design that includes a screen-embedded selfie camera. The phone is 8.49 mm thin and weighs 209 grams. On the front is a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, which competes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. One of the most striking aspects of the smartphone is the RAM and storage configuration. According to Xiaomi’s statement, it boosts its performance with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.
The K60 Ultra has a glass back panel and houses a rectangular triple camera module. In addition to the 8 Megapixel ultra-wide lens and 2 Megapixel macro sensor, it includes a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX800 sensor with OIS support. There is a 16 Megapixel selfie camera on the front.
The high-end smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging. Other highlights of the K60 Ultra include “vapor cooling”, stereo speaker, IP68 water-dust resistance. Let us remind you that it comes out of the box with MIUI 13 based on Android 14.
The Redmi K60 Ultra will hit the shelves with pricing starting at $375 for the 12GB/256GB version. It will be available in Ink Feather, Shadow Green and Clear Snow colors in China. It is currently unclear when it will be released globally.
