According to information shared by Josh Chapman, a partner at the investment firm Konvoy, via LinkedIn, the game is expected to generate $7.6 billion in revenue within its first 60 days on the market. Additionally, it’s claimed that Rockstar will recover its investment in the game within just one month.

Chapman states that the $2 billion development cost of the game is expected to be recouped by Rockstar’s parent company, Take-Two Interactive, within only 30 days.
