Samsung, one of the most talked-about brands in recent days, has once again made headlines with its new generation LPDDR5X high-speed memory model. The product, capable of reaching data transfer speeds of up to 10.7Gbps, offers around 25% higher performance compared to its predecessors.
One of the company’s main competitors in the memory sector, Micron, introduced its latest LPDDR5X model a few days ago. However, it is claimed that Samsung’s product is ahead in terms of efficiency and speed capacity. Here are the most important details about the topic…
Samsung shines with high-speed memory models
By surpassing the 10Gbps speed barrier with its new generation memories, Samsung also claims the title of being the first company to do so. It seems that Samsung will continue to be one of the world’s largest memory manufacturers in the coming period. Utilizing a 12-nanometer chip technology in the LPDDR5X series, the company promises a much better experience in terms of artificial intelligence.
With a capacity of up to 32GB individually, the model offers users ample space. Additionally, it is said to have a more compact design compared to its counterparts, which is expected to result in thinner electronic devices in the future. The LPDDR5X DRAM memories, planned to enter mass production in the second half of 2024, are already expected to achieve good sales success.
