Samsung Begins Distributing Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition Phones to Paris Olympic Athletes
As a key partner of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) since the 1998 Nagano Olympics, Samsung has been providing specially designed Galaxy phones since the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. This year, the tradition continues with the Galaxy Z Flip6 special edition.
The Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition comes in a special yellow color and features the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympic Games logo on the back. Each phone will have a pre-installed eSIM and provide 100 GB of 5G data usage.
TM Roh, President and CEO of Samsung Electronics Mobile World, made an unexpected statement about the company's new smartphones.
Additionally, Samsung Wallet and various Olympic applications will come pre-installed. This is the second time Samsung offers specially designed foldable phones for the Olympics. Previously, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G Winter Dream White special edition for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
