When we look at the Geekbench listing, we can get a lot of details about the expected smartphone. According to the latest leaked Geekbench listing, Samsung will launch its upcoming A-series device with Exynos 1280 SoC, which has 6x 2.00GHz and 2x 2.40GHz CPU cores and Mali-G68 GPU. Also, the Galaxy A25 will have an 8GB of RAM.
Samsung has already used this chipset on the Galaxy M34 5G, which was launched a few months ago. However, one of the most significant leaks about the Samsung Galaxy A25 is that the phone will come with Android 14 and One UI 6 out of the box. According to Samsung’s new policies, the phone will get 4 major OS updates and 5 years of Security updates, so the Galaxy A25 will receive even an Android 18 update.
While the Geekbench listing doesn’t reveal more specifications, Anthony, a popular Samsung leaker, claimed that Samsung’s next-generation A-series smartphone will feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Additionally, earlier rumors revealed that the A25 will have a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the back. While there are no official announcements about the launch date, Samsung Galaxy A25 is expected to unveil sometime in Q4, 2023.
