Samsung released a new software update for the Galaxy A56 model at the beginning of May. However, some users who installed the update encountered a serious problem, such as the phone getting stuck on the opening screen.
The Galaxy A56 became a hot topic with its latest update
The update included support for activating Gemini with the side button, the latest security patches, and system optimizations. However, some devices could not start properly after the installation. Users reported that the phone froze on the loading screen with the Samsung logo and could not pass this stage.

Investigations conducted after the problem revealed that the error caused the phone’s boot system to crash. However, the problem did not affect every device. Some users reported that they installed the update without any problems and continued to use it.
The increase in the number of devices experiencing the problem caused intense complaints on user forums. No official statement has yet been made for the update to be rolled back or a new fix package.
However, a temporary solution method has been suggested for users experiencing the problem. Accordingly, removing the SIM card while the phone is off, then restarting the device and reinserting the SIM card when the system is turned on temporarily solves the problem on some devices.
It remains unclear when and how Samsung will solve this problem. So what do you think about this issue? Which smartphone do you use in your daily life? You can easily share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
