Samsung is making its Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro even more valuable companions for your phone’s camera. Thanks to the features like 360-degree audio recording and camera zoom controls. Here are the details…
Bluetooth LE Audio on Galaxy Buds 2 Pro
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro now have a 360-degree audio recording feature that allows users to capture sound using the microphone in each bud while recording a video on their phones. Samsung says the feature picks up 360-degree sound and emulates an in-person experience.
The feature leverages Bluetooth LE (low energy) Audio to enable both left and right mics on the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro to record audio simultaneously. 360-degree audio recordings will be available on the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro paired with Galaxy phones running One UI 5.0 or above with LE audio support, including the Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and upcoming Samsung phones.
Zoom in with your Samsung Galaxy Watch
In addition to this, Samsung is also rolling out updates to the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 lineup which will enable camera zoom controls on the smartwatches. The watches already have a camera controller app, and the new update will allow users to remotely zoom their Galaxy phone’s camera by pinching the watch face or turning the rotating bezel. This feature will be available from February.
These new features and updates make Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro even more versatile and useful companions for your phone’s camera. They allow users to capture 360-degree sound and remotely control their phone’s camera zoom with ease. With these new features, Samsung is further enhancing the user experience by making its products more convenient, efficient and user-friendly.
