Samsung’s popular Fan Edition (FE) series is expanding into the wireless headphone category. Early leaks regarding the Galaxy Buds 3 FE suggest that the earbuds will stand out with their noise isolation and AI-powered features. The device is expected to launch towards the end of 2025.
Galaxy Buds 3 FE is here
The first images of the Galaxy Buds 3 FE were shared by reliable leaker Evan Blass. According to the images, the Buds 3 FE shares a similar body design to the Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro, but unlike those models, they feature silicone tips. This change increases passive noise isolation, provides a better in-ear fit, and also positively impacts active noise cancellation (ANC) performance.

In terms of technical specifications, the Buds 3 FE aims to offer solutions above its class. In addition to standard features such as active noise cancellation and Ambient Mode, Galaxy AI-powered real-time translation is also noteworthy.
This feature stands out as another step forward in Samsung’s expansion of AI-focused software integrations into voice communication. The headphones also offer LE Audio support via Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. Other highlights include improved battery life, customizable sound profiles via the Galaxy Wearable app, and Bixby compatibility.
No official pricing has been announced yet for the Galaxy Buds 3 FE. However, according to current leaks, the device is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy S25 FE and cost between $99 and $129. This range represents a competitive price point for headphones equipped with active noise cancellation and AI features.
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE are positioned as a more affordable yet feature-packed option in Samsung’s headphone lineup. They stand out as a compelling alternative, particularly for users who prioritize noise cancellation quality and AI integration.
