Samsung has launched the new Galaxy M55 5G 5G model for the mid-range. The phone’s specifications and pricing show that the company will heat up the competition in the mid-range.
What does Samsung Galaxy M55 5G offer?
In terms of technical specifications, the Galaxy M55 5G has a 6.7-inch FHD + 120Hz AMOLED display. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. This means an increase over the Exynos 1380 used in its predecessor Galaxy M54 5G. It also has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
On the camera side, it comes with a triple rear camera with 50 Megapixel main, 8 Megapixel ultra-wide and 2 Megapixel macro sensor with OIS support. For selfies, there is a 50 Megapixel front camera compared to 32 Megapixel on the Galaxy M54 5G.
The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Other features include Android 14 with One UI 6.1, dual speakers, NFC, WiFi 6, USB-C and IP67 rating. The Galaxy M55 5G also features an in-display fingerprint scanner
