Samsung’s 2025 flagship Galaxy S25 series reached a total of 9.16 million units sold in the first two months of its release. The latest data shows that the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the most preferred model of the series. More than half of the total sales belong to the Ultra model.
Galaxy S25 series sales figures have been announced
Galaxy S25 Ultra is the leader of the series with 5.08 million units sold. Galaxy S25 follows with 2.41 million units, while Galaxy S25+ is third with 1.67 million units sold. S25 and S25+ models sold a total of 4.08 million units, falling 1 million units behind S25 Ultra.

When compared to the previous generation, Galaxy S24 series achieved a total of 23.4 million units sold in the seven-month period. During this period, the Galaxy S24 Ultra was the best-selling model with 11.2 million units, while the Galaxy S24 reached 7.49 million sales, and the Galaxy S24+ reached 4.71 million sales.
When the performance of the Galaxy S25 series is evaluated in just two months, it is seen that it has gained a faster sales momentum compared to the previous series. Samsung has set a production target of 37 million units for the new series by the end of the year.
