Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim’s Geekbench Score Surprises!
While Samsung continues to keep the details of the new Galaxy S25 series under wraps, the Galaxy S25 Slim model, allegedly part of the series, has surfaced on Geekbench. The device, expected to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, has shown some surprising performance details. Here are the details…
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Geekbench Score and Technical Specifications
The Galaxy S25 Slim has been listed on Geekbench with the model number SM-S937U. It is believed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. According to the data on the listing, the processor has six cores running at 3.53 GHz and two performance cores running at 4.47 GHz. The device is also equipped with 12 GB of RAM.
In performance tests, the Galaxy S25 Slim scored 3,005 points in the single-core test and 6,945 points in the multi-core test. While these scores are a bit behind compared to other models in the series, it’s thought that performance might have been intentionally balanced to focus on a slim and stylish design.
When compared to the performance tests of other models in Samsung’s new series, it seems the S25 Slim has adopted a more conservative design. For example, the base model of the Galaxy S25 scored 9,355 points in the multi-core test, and the Ultra model impressed with 10,236 points. These differences suggest that the S25 Slim is positioned as a lighter and thinner alternative.
Earlier reports had suggested that the Galaxy S25 Slim would be introduced in the second quarter of 2025. However, the four corners detail in the Galaxy Unpacked invitation has fueled speculation that this model could also be unveiled at the event. If this happens, the Galaxy S25 Slim would be introduced earlier than planned.
