A few weeks ago, Samsung launched its newest tablet series, the Galaxy Tab S9, with significant specs at the Unpacked event. Then, the company accidentally confirmed the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ on its official website. Now, the prices of both tablets for the Indian market leaked by a tipster. According to the leaks, the upcoming Fan Edition tablets will be more expensive than their predecessors. Here are the details about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE prices…
Galaxy Tab S9 FE will likely be more expensive than Galaxy Tab S7 FE in India
For a long time, there have been rumors and leaks about Samsung’s expected Fan Edition tablets. While the specifications of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ were revealed a few days ago, now the pricing of the devices leaked. According to tipster Roland Quandt, the Tab S9 FE and the Tab S9 FE+ will launch in India, but with a huge price increase compared to earlier Tab S-series Fan Edition models.
Tipster Roland Quandt claims that the entry-level Tab S9 FE will likely cost INR 63,999 ($773) in India, which is almost double the price of the entry-level version of the Tab S7 FE (INR 33,999). If Roland is right, we can understand that the upcoming FE model will be more expensive than the entry-level Tab S8 (INR 44,999).
While there are no official announcements about the tablets, it seems that the company will create a shock in terms of pricing. If the rumors are true, the Tab S9 FE+ will be pricier than the basic model, and it is not clear whether it would make sense to purchase the new Fan Edition tablets.
The expected Tab S9 FE+ is likely to showcase a 12.4-inch display, and stereo speakers, and be powered by the Exynos 1380 processor running Android 13. Comparable in performance to the Snapdragon 778G in the 5G edition of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, the Exynos 1380 chipset is noteworthy. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE will be available in both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + 5G variants.
