Samsung continues to accelerate the testing process for the One UI 8 update. Although the company introduced this interface on its next-generation foldable phones at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9, the update has not yet been widely released to users. The latest information reveals that the brand has also started testing One UI 8 on two mid-range models.
One UI 8 testing has started for Galaxy A34 and A35
The Galaxy A35 appeared in the Geekbench database with the One UI 8 update. The smartphone scored 1,027 in the single-core test and 2,502 in the multi-core test. Meanwhile, the first test software for the A34 was detected on the company’s servers.

Samsung has not yet announced when the One UI 8 update will be available for general use. However, the fact that the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE models—introduced on July 9—come with this version out of the box indicates that the update’s wide release is imminent. This suggests that users won’t have to wait long.
