Samsung is making significant progress on the successor to last year’s Galaxy M35 as part of its product expansion strategy. Recent developments have revealed new details about the Galaxy M36. Here’s everything you need to know!
Galaxy M36 Design, Key Features, and Launch Date Revealed
Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy M36 will be unveiled on June 27. The company also shared a series of promotional posters showcasing the phone’s camera setup and new design. One of the most noticeable changes is on the rear design: the three separate camera cutouts seen on the Galaxy M35 have been replaced by an oval camera module housing a triple-camera setup.

According to the information shared, the phone’s rear cameras include a 50 MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP macro camera. For selfies and video calls, there is a 13 MP front camera. Unlike its predecessor’s punch-hole design, the front camera is now housed in a waterdrop notch.
The Galaxy M36 also supports dual 4K video recording, features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, includes the Circle to Search feature, and sports a slim 7.7 mm body.
The device will be available in three color options: black, orange, and green. It also comes with new AI-powered tools such as AI Select, object eraser, and image cropper to make your tasks easier. Finally, the Galaxy M36 is expected to be powered by the Exynos 1380 processor and feature a Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution.
