There’s been exciting news regarding the Xbox version of Silent Hill 2 Remake. A recently appeared page on the Microsoft Store has almost confirmed the game’s release date for consoles. This leak suggests the long-awaited Xbox release is now very close.
Silent Hill 2 Remake Xbox Versions Coming Soon
According to backend data on the Microsoft Store page, spotted by TrueAchievements and later removed, Silent Hill 2 Remake will release for Xbox Series X|S on November 21, 2025. The game was released for PS5 and PC last year and had a one-year console exclusive. This date suggests it will arrive shortly after the exclusive period.

According to the leak, the game will be available in two different editions. In addition to the standard edition, there’s also a Deluxe Edition featuring a digital art book and soundtrack. One of the most striking details is a “pizza box” cosmetic item featuring the infamous enemy character, Pyramid Head, which will delight fans.
However, no information has been found regarding the highly anticipated “Born From a Wish” DLC pack. Whether this bonus scenario, which was added to the Xbox version of the original game, would also be included in the Remake was a subject of considerable speculation within the community. While a writer for developer Bloober Team fueled this anticipation by asking for the name of the DLC, the leaker remains silent on the matter. This could mean that the DLC will not be included at launch or will be announced later.
This development also suggests that developer Bloober Team isn’t done with the Silent Hill series. The developer’s recent announcement that it is working on a remake of the first Silent Hill game gives fans hope for the future of the series. The imminent release of the Xbox version will bring this cult classic of the survival horror genre to a wider audience.
