Unlike its past seasonal sales, digital gaming platform Steam has officially launched its Black Friday sales. This major discount period, offering players a wide range of opportunities, will run until December 1st. The discounts include discounts of up to 90% on game prices.

Black Friday campaign begins

Steam is covering hundreds of games with these discounts. While prices have been pegged to the dollar for some time, the discounted prices are noteworthy. The discounted prices of some prominent games have been revealed.

For example, Forza Horizon 5 is selling for $16.39 instead of $32.78. The newly released sports game EA SPORTS FC 26 is listed for $34.99 instead of $69.99. The classic Red Dead Redemption 2 is being offered at a striking discount of $14.99, down from its regular price of $59.99.

Other titles on sale include God of War, down from $49.99 to $19.99, a 60% discount. UNCHARTED™: Legacy of Thieves Collection is down from $49.99 to $16.49, a 67% discount.

Ghost of Tsushima is down from $59.99 to $35.99, and DOOM: The Dark Ages is down from $49.99 to $24.99. Additionally, Detroit: Become Human is discounted by a whopping 80%, down from its regular price of $31.99 to $6.39.
