The countdown has officially begun for the unveiling of Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series, set to be introduced in early 2025. Numerous leaks about the smartphones have surfaced so far, leaving little room for doubt about what to expect from the series. The latest developments reveal details about the Galaxy S25 series’ storage and RAM capacities.
Storage and RAM Capacities of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series
The storage and RAM configurations of the Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup have been leaked. The standard model will reportedly offer 128/256 GB options, while the Plus model will feature 256/512 GB. The Ultra model, on the other hand, is expected to come in 256/512 GB and 1 TB storage options. Across the series, 12 GB of RAM will be standard. However, the Ultra’s 512 GB and 1 TB variants will boast 16 GB of RAM.
The processors powering the Galaxy S25 series have also largely been determined. The entire lineup is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, the standard and Plus models will use Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2500 processor in some regions.
The Galaxy S25 Plus recently appeared on Geekbench 6 with the model number SM-S936U. Unlike standard Qualcomm chipsets, Samsung will equip its flagship models with a modified version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, branded as “Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy.”
Although an official launch date has not been announced, reliable sources claim the series will debut in January.
