While Xiaomi, one of the important brands of the Android phone market, continues to work for the top segment of the 15 series, new details have become clear. Xiaomi Group CEO Lu Weibing confirmed that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra model will be introduced in China in February, and now the storage and memory options of the global version have been leaked. Here are the details.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be introduced with 16GB + 512GB version
The technology giant continues to work on the new Ultra model to be added to the Xiaomi 15 series announced in recent months. The device, which will be introduced in China next month, will take the stage at MWC 2025 globally and the event will take place between 3 and 6 March. Although there is still more than 1 month before the global introduction, thanks to the leaked information, it has become clear with which configurations the phone will be introduced.

According to the emerging information, the flagship phone to be introduced in March will be announced with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option. Since we have seen this configuration in previous series, we can say that we are used to it. While it is not yet clear whether there will be other versions, a 1TB option may be offered on the storage side.
If we look at what is shared for the model, whose colour options are also known, Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be introduced to users with three different colour options. It seems likely that the 15 Ultra, which is expected to be announced in white, black, and silver colours, will come with a leather coating as in the 14 Ultra.
To mention other features, the new phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, come with a 6000mAh battery, support 90W fast charging, and support 50W wireless charging.
