Infinix, a subsidiary of China-based Transsion, recently launched its first tablet, the Infinix Xpad. Now it is the turn of Infinix’s sister brand TECNO. Again operating under Transsion, TECNO’s first tablet model will soon be launched. The highly anticipated TECNO Pad was a surprise with its technical specifications and design.
What kind of design will TECNO Pad have?
Naija Android Arena has revealed the design of the TECNO Pad device, which is expected to be announced to the market very soon. In the published images, it seems that the device will have a dual color option. You can examine the design of the device in detail in the image below:
The TECNO Pad model, which is expected to have two different color options, Gray and Gold, will have a thick frame. However, the detail of the thicker bottom part seen in similar models will not be included in this model. The frame will be evenly distributed and will reveal a nice appearance. While there is a single camera module on the back of the device, it is understood that there will be an LED flash on the bottom.
TECNO Pad technical specifications revealed
TECNO’s first tablet device will allegedly come with a 10.1-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. The low resolution quality despite the large screen size symbolizes that the device will be positioned among entry-level tablet models. Although the sales price of the device is not yet known, it is thought that it will probably be offered to buyers at affordable prices.
The TECNO Pad model, which is expected to come up with the Helio G80 chip, will work with 4 GB RAM capacity. 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage options will be available. The tablet, which will come with 18W fast charging, will be equipped with a large 7,000 mAh battery.
TECNO Pad will feature a 5 MP selfie camera on the front and a 13 MP camera on the back. The model, which will be released with LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB-C port and 3.5 mm jack support, will work with the Android 14-based HiOS UI interface. Although the release date of the device is not known for now, it is estimated that more details about the entry-level tablet model will be revealed in the coming days.
