Dongfeng, which draws attention with the vehicles it produces, introduced its electric pickup truck, similar to Tesla Cybertruck, to consumers at the Beijing Auto Show held in the capital of China. The vehicle, which is unknown whether it will enter mass production, attracted a lot of attention.
There is not much information about the features of the vehicle, which offers 1,305 horsepower. Dongfeng’s electric pickup truck is similar to the Cybertruck but with softer edges. The front of the vehicle has an LED light bar, an illuminated logo and a crankcase protector. There is also a small front trunk.
There is a tent at the back of the vehicle, which has aerodynamic wheel covers and mud tires. This collapsible tent can come in handy for nature trips, camping or other outdoor activities.
In the interior design of the pickup truck, the square-shaped steering wheel, screens along the instrument panel and seats with forged carbon fiber backrests stand out. Although it is not known whether the Chinese manufacturer will put this vehicle into mass production, expectations are high at this point.
