This virus is the deadly one discovered by Butcher in the season one finale of the “Gen V” spin-off.
This season, Butcher has a new ally; a new character portrayed by “Supernatural” star Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who advocates for the complete destruction of supes. At Vought HQ, Homelander is encouraging his team to become “gods of wrath”. The team’s new members, Firecracker (Valorie Curry) and Sister Sage (Susan Heyward), are taking a strong stance against protesting humans.
