vivo has begun teasing its new flagship X300 series, a long-developed platform. The company had already confirmed that the phones would feature MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and its own V3+ imaging chip. Now, a leak has revealed a comprehensive list of the phone’s full specifications. Here are the details.
vivo X300 Expected Features
According to the leak, the vivo X300 series will feature a flat display with even, extremely thin bezels on all four sides, using BOE’s proprietary Q10+ substrate. This 6.31-inch LTPO display will offer a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while brightness levels will be reduced to 1 nit for eye comfort.

On the performance front, the next-generation Dimensity 9500 processor will deliver flagship-level power, while the company’s own V3+ imaging chip will handle AI-powered photography tasks.
Its photography capabilities also appear quite impressive. The rear camera setup will consist of a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto macro lens offering 3x optical zoom. All lenses will feature the Zeiss T coating, developed in partnership with Zeiss. On the front, there’s a 50MP camera for sharp selfies.
The vivo X300’s battery and charging specifications are also among the leaks. The device is said to have a large 6000mAh battery and support for 90W wired fast charging as well as wireless charging. Other hardware details include a USB 3.2 port and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0 for under-display biometric authentication.
