Samsung has released the One UI 7 beta version for the Galaxy S23 series, but this update does not include some important AI-based Galaxy AI features. While users are waiting for these features, which were missing during the beta process, to come with the stable version, Samsung announced that some AI features will not be offered to the Galaxy S23 series.
The Galaxy S23 series may be deprived of these features
Audio Eraser and Natural Language Search are among the features removed from the Galaxy S23 series with One UI 7. Audio Eraser allows you to clean unwanted sounds in videos, while Natural Language Search allowed users to search in everyday language in the settings.

These features will only be offered to newer devices such as the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Tab S10. In addition, the Now Brief feature is also likely to be removed from the Galaxy S23 series.
Samsung officials state that these features are based on on-device AI processes and require powerful hardware. However, it was stated that cloud-based AI features such as Circle to Search could be offered to a wider range of devices.
Despite the lack of AI features in One UI 7, the Galaxy S23 series gets many new features with this update. Refreshed icons, smoother animations, a vertical app drawer, and improved tools such as Writing Assist and Drawing Assist aim to improve the user experience.
The stable version of One UI 7 is planned to be released for the Galaxy S23 series in April. What do you think about this? You can share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
