Vivo’s popular V series has started spinning the rumor mill in the tech world again. The latest information about the yet-to-be-official Vivo V70 series hints at a brand-new “Elite” model and other devices to be added to the series. Details shared by the renowned leak source Abhishek Yadav reveal not only the V70 series but also Vivo’s entire product strategy for early 2026.
A Big Launch Expected at the End of January
According to leaks, Vivo plans to unveil three different phones simultaneously at the end of January 2026: Vivo V70, Vivo V70 Elite, and Vivo X200T. Reports also mention a Vivo X300 FE model, expected to be launched slightly later. In particular, there’s speculation that the Vivo V70 might be a globally adapted (rebranded) version of the Vivo S50 model used in the Chinese market.

For now, the following information has leaked about the entry-level standard Vivo V70. The device is said to come in only one configuration, offering 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Surprisingly, the color palette is reportedly limited to Red and Yellow for now.
It boasts a high-quality panel with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. On the back, there’s a powerful triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom.
The leaked prices are not yet finalized but provide important clues about market positioning (estimated based on Indian prices):
- Vivo V70: Approximately ₹45,000.
- Vivo V70 Elite: Approximately ₹50,000.
- Vivo X200T (Online only): Approximately ₹55,000.
- Vivo X300 FE: Approximately ₹60,000.
As with any early leak, it’s important to remember that specifications and pricing may change as the launch approaches. However, it looks like Vivo is going to significantly liven up the upper-mid segment in January.
