Renault has found an interesting way to promote its new electric model, the Renault 5 E-Tech. Through the #MODDERS5 campaign in collaboration with Havas Play, the iconic model is being introduced into the gaming world. Gamers will be able to drive the Renault 5 E-Tech in popular games. So, which games will feature this car?

Renault 5 E-Tech enters the gaming world

As part of the campaign, the Renault 5 E-Tech will be included in many popular games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, Palworld, Garry’s Mod, Stray, Stardew Valley, Subnautica, and The Sandbox. To bring this project to life, Renault worked with modding experts specialized in each game. These experts modded various versions of the Renault 5 to match the graphical identities of the games, offering them to players.

Renault and Havas have designed special gaming experiences for players to discover the new electric Renault 5 model. For example, there will be a treasure hunt event in Fortnite, and the underwater version of the vehicle will be showcased in Subnautica. These creative events will not only provide fun moments for players but also highlight the features of the Renault 5 E-Tech. In other words, players will not only drive the car but also experience adventurous moments within the games.

The Renault 5, which has a special place in the hearts of car enthusiasts over the years, is making a comeback in a renewed and fully electric form. Thanks to Renault’s collaborations and innovative campaigns, this model will appeal to both existing car enthusiasts and the new generation of gamers.

On May 31, Renault officially opened orders for the Renault 5 E-Tech Electric. This model is currently available in Techno and Iconic Cinq versions with a 52 kWh battery (110 kW power). In Turkey, it is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2025.
