The sequel to Netflix’s popular action production The Old Guard is finally getting ready to meet its audience after a long silence. The Old Guard 2, whose first trailer has been released, will be released on the Netflix platform on July 2, 2025. Both character developments and traces of the expanding universe are highlighted in the trailer.

As in the first film, the production, adapted from Greg Rucka’s comic book of the same name, was directed by Victoria Mahoney this time. In the sequel, Andy, played by Charlize Theron, faces a new struggle after losing his immortality.
