How to return a PlayStation game?
Thanks to this innovation from Sony, the return process, which previously required navigating support pages, is now a thing of the past. Players now simply need to follow the steps below using the PlayStation mobile app:
- Open the PS App: Open the latest version of the PlayStation app on your phone and go to the PS Store section.
- Enter the Menu: Tap the menu icon, which consists of three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Transaction History: Click the “Transaction History” tab, the last option in the menu that opens.
- Request a Refund: From the list of purchases that appears, tap the game you want to return and select “Request Refund.”
