The successful player in the smartphone market, vivo, continues to expand its product lineup. The Chinese manufacturer is set to launch the vivo Y29 5G model very soon. Recent reports have revealed the price tag of the product.
Price of vivo Y29 5G revealed
According to reliable industry sources, the vivo Y29 5G will debut in four different versions: 4 GB RAM/128 GB, 6 GB RAM/128 GB, 8 GB RAM/128 GB, and 8 GB RAM/256 GB. The prices are expected to be $147, $163, $179, and $200, respectively.

While there aren’t many technical details available, some sources suggest the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Manufactured on a 6nm architecture, the processor features 2x 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A76 and 6x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
Additionally, the vivo Y29 5G will sport a 6.68-inch LCD panel. It will be powered by a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The device is expected to feature a 50 MP main camera and a 0.08 MP auxiliary camera, while the front will house an 8 MP selfie camera.
The smartphone will be available in blue, gold, and black colors. It is also said to feature IP64 certification. The model will measure 8.1 mm in thickness and weigh 198 grams. As for the launch date, no official information has been provided yet. However, considering the increasing leaks recently, we might not have to wait much longer.
