The Redmi K90 and Poco F8 series will appear
The devices seen in the IMEI database are listed with model numbers 2510DRK44C and 25102RKBEC. Their internal code names are “Annibale” and “Myron”, respectively. It is expected that these devices will be introduced in China under the Redmi brand as the K90 and K90 Pro.

The same database also included versions of these two models adapted for the global market. Poco devices with numbers 2510DPC44G and 25102PCBEG will be called Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra. These matches show that Xiaomi will continue its rebranding strategy, which it has implemented in previous years, this year.
Some information about the hardware components to be used in the series has also been leaked. The Redmi K90 and Poco F8 Pro will come with one of Qualcomm’s most powerful chipsets, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 1. The high-end models, the Redmi K90 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra, will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. This chip, which has not yet been officially introduced, is expected to be announced in September 2025. This processor is expected to be ambitious in terms of energy efficiency as well as performance.
The standard Poco F8 version is also on the way as the third model of the Poco F8 series. This model is planned to be a renamed version of the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro, which will be announced exclusively for China. This strategy is considered as part of Xiaomi’s approach to keep production costs under control while increasing its product range for different markets.
The technical specifications of the devices have not yet been clarified, but the segment where the Poco F8 Ultra is positioned stands out as part of Xiaomi’s performance-oriented smartphone strategy for 2026. High-end hardware is also expected in the camera, screen and battery side.
The positive user feedback obtained with the Redmi K80 series has also increased expectations from the K90 series. Xiaomi is expected to make the competition in the flagship class even tougher with the new models.
