Competition in the Android market is rapidly increasing. vivo has begun accepting pre-orders for the X300 series in China. It was previously rumored that the series’ official launch would be postponed until October due to a national holiday, and now the expected launch date for the new series has been leaked. Here are the details.
vivo X300 Series Launch Date Leaked
According to reliable leaker Digital Chat Station, the vivo X300 series is expected to launch in China on October 13th. The X300 and X300 Pro will be the first phones to use the Dimensity 9500 processor.

Ahead of the launch, vivo had already confirmed some key information about the phones. The vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ display and will be positioned as the successor to last year’s vivo X200 Pro Mini. Unlike last year, the series will not include a phone with a 6.67-inch screen. The vivo X300 Pro will be available with a larger 6.78-inch display.
Both phones will feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The rear camera setup will differ between models:
- vivo X300: 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main camera and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera.
- vivo X300 Pro: 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera.
- Both models are expected to feature a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera.
The vivo X300 series will run Android 15 based on OriginOS 6. While battery sizes have not yet been officially announced, leaks claim the X300 will have a 6,000mAh battery and the X300 Pro a 6,500mAh battery. Both models are expected to support 90W wired and wireless charging. An under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor will be used for security.
