Nvidia, one of the most important players in the graphics card world, continues to make a name for itself with its products developed using the Ada Lovelace architecture. The company introduced new products to add to its mid-range graphics card lineup in recent months. The release date of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card has been confirmed.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 will be released on June 29th
In May, Nvidia introduced the RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4060 models. The company had mentioned that the models would be released later. Although rumors pointed to July, it didn’t turn out to be the case. According to the official announcement from the company, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 will be available for sale on June 29th.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 will take the stage as an upgrade from the RTX 3060. The graphics card is expected to be based on the AD107 GPU, featuring 3,072 CUDA cores, 24 RT cores, 96 Tensor cores, and 32 ROPs. The product will be available for sale starting from $299.
Unlike the 12GB RTX 3060, this graphics card will use 8GB GDDR6 VRAM memory operating at a speed of 18Gbps. It will have 3,072 CUDA cores, a 96-bit memory interface, and a 24MB L2 cache. Due to its relatively low power consumption of 115W, there won’t be significant differences between the mobile version and the desktop version.
