The Sims-like life simulation game inZOI, developed by Krafton, surpassed the 1 million sales threshold in its first week of early access. The game, which was released on Steam at the end of March 2025, made a strong start not only with its sales success, but also with user interaction and community participation.
inZOI surpasses 1 million sales
The company announced that players uploaded more than 470 thousand pieces of content to the in-game sharing platform Canvas in the first seven days of the early access period. This data reveals that inZOI is not only a purchased game, but also an actively played and productive player base.

The total number of players reached by inZOI is quite remarkable. It was stated that more than 1.2 million players experienced the game in the first week. This figure stands out as an important indicator for a new production, especially in an environment where competition is intense in the life simulation genre.
According to Steam statistics, the game reached a peak of 87,377 concurrent players on the day it was released. Currently ranked 7th on Steam’s best-selling games list, inZOI has achieved much greater success than expected.
We can say that the user reviews on the game’s Steam page are also quite positive. The game, which has over 13 thousand user reviews, has an overall rating of 83% positive. Users gave the game full marks for issues such as graphic quality, character customization options, and social interaction mechanics.
inZOI will be a direct competitor to The Sims series, which has been strong in the life simulation genre for many years. So what do you think about this? You can share your views with us in the comments section below.
