The results of Steam’s monthly hardware and software surveys covering the month of October have been revealed. This allows us to easily see which operating systems and hardware the players on the platform are using. So, as of October, what are the most popular graphics cards on the Steam platform? The most popular graphics card is now RTX 3060
We used to see the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, generally released in 2019, as the most popular graphics card on Steam. However, as you may recall, this changed in September, and the card slipped to the second place. In October, things are changing a bit more, and the relevant card experiences a 1.10% decrease, dropping to the sixth position. The graphics card’s market share is at 3.55%.
At the top of the list is the RTX 3060, with an instant market share of 9.68%. In the second place, with a usage rate of 5.93%, we have the RTX 2060. Right after that, with 5.06%, is the RTX 3070. The fourth place goes to the GTX 1060 with a usage rate of 4.98%.
