Apple’s announcement of the iPhone 17 series yesterday has ushered in a new era of rapid performance. The countdown has begun for flagship devices in the Android market. Now, the vivo X300 and X300 Pro, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, have been spotted in AnTuTu benchmarks. Here are the details.
vivo X300 Pro breaks AnTuTu record with its performance
The vivo X300 Pro’s scores in the AnTuTu v11 performance test significantly exceeded expectations. The phone garnered attention with a total score of 4,011,932. A closer look at the scores reveals that the CPU performance is 1,043,247 and the GPU performance is 1,510,982.

This impressive performance is driven by the Dimensity 9500 chip, a fully high-performance core architecture consisting of four Cortex-X930 and four Cortex-A730 cores. vivo has officially confirmed its partnership with Arm for the development of this chip and its support for the SME2 instruction set.
The model used in the test is designated the vivo X300 Pro Satellite Communication Edition. This virtually guarantees that the device will feature satellite connectivity. It is also known that this model has passed China’s 3C certification with support for 90W wired charging. vivo is also expected to offer a standard X300 Pro model without satellite connectivity, and the satellite communication version is expected to come only with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
There are also some strong rumors about the phone’s hardware specifications. The vivo X300 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.8-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
As for the cameras, they’re expected to feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera with OIS.
