Khadas, known for its interesting concept computers, has finally introduced its new product for users on the go, launching a new modular computer called “Mind”. Weighing only 450 grams, Mind allows users to switch between portability, productivity and creativity mode.
Despite its small size, Mind is powered by an Intel 13th Generation i7-1360P or i5-1340P processor. These 12-core, 16-thread processors can reach a frequency of 5.0GHz with turbo boost. It comes with up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of NVMe SSD storage.
Khadas Mind is powered by a 5.55Wh battery for easy portability and up to 5 hours of use. Mind also features 2 USB-C ports, 1 HDMI 2.0 port, 1 USB 3.2 port and 1 HDMI 2.0 port for connecting peripherals such as Mind Dock and Mind Graphics. It also includes Khadas’ own Mind Link port.
When paired with Mind, the Mind Dock supports ports, speakers, fingerprint unlocking and up to 4 external displays. Mind Graphics offers an external graphics card for gaming, design and AI, featuring the Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti.
Khadas Mind is currently priced from $599. However, it is being sold as a Kickstarter campaign, so it is an entrepreneurial activity.
