Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 3060, one of its long-standing models in the mid-range graphics card market, is running out of new stock and being withdrawn from the market. This graphics card, which remains among the most popular models in consumer surveys, has reached the end of its run for new factory-produced units. According to reports, all remaining new stock will be sold out before the end of December.
The End of the Road for the GeForce RTX 3060
Industry analysts, based on data shared by Board Channels, state that the sale of the last GeForce RTX 3060 units in the hands of graphics card manufacturers has come to an end.

Although Nvidia announced the RTX 50 series cards with Blackwell architecture last year, it continued to support the existing Ampere series. However, the company stopped production some time ago; nevertheless, the limited stock held by its partners remained on sale until today. This stock has now been largely depleted.
Released in February 2021, the RTX 3060 reached a wide user base, particularly due to its affordable price and performance balance. The card remained on shelves for a long time in various configurations, including the RTX 3060 Ti, LHR versions, and the 8GB memory variant released nearly three years ago.
Partner companies quickly depleted their stock of new products. Colorful, Galax, and some Taiwanese manufacturers completely ran out of stock in September and October. By November, Zotac was the only brand holding a significant volume of new stock, and even that was sold out within the month.
As a result, by December, there were virtually no truly new RTX 3060 cards left on the market. The vast majority of products now consist of used, refurbished, or cards recovered from cryptocurrency mining. New product listings are disappearing, and the entire market is dominated by second-hand cards.
