Tesla has recalled all Cybertruck models released for repair. The model, which was previously recalled due to software updates, has now come to the fore with a physical problem. As a result of the examinations, it was determined that the side body panels of more than 46 thousand Cybertrucks were at risk of coming loose while driving.

The fact that these parts are fixed only with adhesive poses a significant risk in terms of safety. Tesla examined the vehicles in detail after more than 150 users requested replacement under warranty and decided to issue a recall covering all Cybertruck models offered for sale.

Cybertruck had previously attracted attention with the high scores it achieved in safety tests. The model, which received the highest result in independent tests conducted by the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), had its crash test images shared by Tesla.
The biggest accident news about the model occurred on November 2, 2024 in Guadalajara, Mexico. While the vehicle became unrecognizable in the high-speed accident, the three people inside survived with injuries.
Making a statement about the accident, Tesla Cybertruck chief engineer Wes Morrill stated that they want to see official reports about the incident. The company announced that vehicle owners can get detailed information about the repair process by contacting authorized services.
