US President Donald Trump made harsh criticisms against the European Union at the World Economic Forum in Davos, describing the EU’s decisions against Apple and other major American technology companies as ‘a form of taxation’.

Trump said, ‘They got 15 or 16 billion dollars from Apple, they made billions from Google. They are targeting billions of dollars for Facebook,’ Trump said, accusing the European Union of harming the American economy with such fines.
