As the TF35000 represents the most critical technological leap for Turkey’s indigenous fighter jet program, its transition to a specialized R&D unit underscores the government’s commitment to achieving domestic engine independence.
Meanwhile, established engines such as the TS1400, which powers the GÖKBEY utility helicopter, and the PD170 diesel piston engine, currently utilized in ANKA and AKINCI unmanned aerial vehicles, will remain under the direct management of TEI. Global Partnerships are Being Maintained
