Samsung releases the October 2024 update for three models
The latest models to receive the October 2024 update are the Galaxy Tab S8+, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. The patch, which comes with build number Xx00XXS8CXJ7, addresses over 40 security vulnerabilities and focuses on improving system stability. The update is now available in Canada, China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, Taiwan, the UAE, the US, and Turkey.
If the update notification hasn’t automatically appeared on your device, you can manually upgrade by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If the update still doesn’t show up, you may need to wait a bit longer, as it may not have reached your region yet.
