One of the most interesting details in the series is that the Pad 5e is the only Snapdragon-powered tablet in the Pad 5 series. At the heart of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chipset. This powerful processor is supported by up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage to maximize performance.

The device’s power needs are met by a massive 10,000mAh battery. This battery supports 44W fast charging, allowing for quick recharges.
Vivo, specifically for mobile gaming enthusiasts, has incorporated a 32,200mm² graphite cooling system into the Pad 5e. This allows the device to maintain temperature control even during intense gaming sessions. It also features Game Live Assistant, designed to optimize system performance and enhance streaming quality.
The Vivo Pad 5e boasts a 12.05-inch display with a 2800×1968 resolution and an ultra-smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Targeted specifically at productivity-focused users, the display boasts an unusual 7.1:5 aspect ratio. Vivo claims the display supports 1.07 billion colors and offers a 1400:1 contrast ratio.
The tablet also stands out with its thickness. Measuring 6.62mm thin in the standard version (6.69mm in the Soft Light version), the Pad 5e weighs approximately 584 grams, ensuring portability. The camera setup is modest, with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. These cameras support basic modes like portrait, night scene, document scanning, and 1080p video recording.
The tablet supports a wide range of audio formats and connectivity options include Wi-Fi (2.4G/5.1G/5.8G), Bluetooth 5.4, USB 3.2 Gen1, and Type-C headphone support. The device runs OriginOS 5, a tablet-optimized version of Vivo’s Android-based custom interface.
