According to the information that has surfaced, the global launch of the Vivo V29 is set for September 7th, and it will be available for sale in 39 countries with all its features known ahead of the launch due to pre-orders being made available.
The V29 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display on the front, which is quite similar to the one on the V29e. This screen offers a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and has a 120Hz refresh rate. Below the screen, there’s a fingerprint sensor, and on the front side, you’ll find a 50-megapixel selfie camera. Moving to the back, the primary camera is a 50-megapixel shooter with optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. And don’t forget the ring-shaped LED flash.
The Vivo V29 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chipset and comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Inside the chassis, there’s a 4600 mAh battery, and the V29 supports 80W fast charging for this battery. The device runs on Android 13-based FunTouch 13 and has a total weight of 186 grams and a thickness of 7.46 mm. As for the price, while there isn’t a clear global market price, it was available for pre-order at $389.
