The first information for Vivo’s new flagship, the vivo X200 Pro, has emerged. The smartphone, which will be launched in October this year, is likely to receive significant improvements in battery and display quality. It will also be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 competitor.

The Dimensity 9400 will be unveiled by MediaTek in October. The company’s flagship chipset will reportedly be built with TSMC’s 3nm manufacturing process. Dimensity 9400 will also feature Cortex-X5 cores, promising higher performance and better power efficiency.

In terms of design, the X200 Pro will reportedly feature a 6.7-6.8-inch display with 1.5K resolution and thin bezels. The screen is also said to be slightly curved. The device will also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor with ultrasonic authentication.

The X200 Pro is expected to have a 6000mAh battery. This means that it will receive a significant upgrade compared to the 5400mAh battery in the previous X100 Pro.

On the other hand, it will feature a revamped triple rear camera setup with a periscope lens. This means that zoom capabilities will improve even more. The three cameras are estimated to carry a 50 Megapixel sensor.
