We’ve entered the height of excitement for the Android market. As nearly every brand prepares to announce their new flagship series, the leaks are relentless. Vivo continues to reveal details about its upcoming X300 series, piece by piece. The Pro version of the series recently received China’s 3C certification, and now it’s been revealed that the standard Vivo X300 model has received the same certification. Here are the details.
Vivo X300 Comes with 90W Fast Charging
The alleged Vivo X300, model number V2509A, was spotted with a 90W fast charging adapter during its 3C certification. The device was also spotted running the Dimensity 9500 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and Android 16 in Geekbench testing.

Rumors suggest the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with a BOE Q10 Plus panel, 1.5K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device, which will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset, is said to have a larger 6,000mAh battery.
Regarding the camera, the device’s rear setup is said to include a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera. The front will also feature a 50-megapixel autofocus selfie camera.
The top-of-the-line Vivo X300 Ultra, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a more powerful camera setup, is expected to launch in the first half of 2026.
