The Oppo Find X9 Pro attracted attention with its massive 7,500 mAh battery and multi-day battery life. However, Vivo may not relinquish this throne to Oppo for long. New leaks suggest that the highly anticipated Vivo X300 Ultra is poised to challenge this record-breaking figure.
A Giant Leap in Battery Capacity
According to information from reliable Weibo leakster Smart Pikachu, Vivo is planning a launch for the phone in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2026). Another well-known leaker, Digital Chat Station, had previously indicated a March 2026 release date, which aligns almost perfectly with Vivo’s flagship timeline. In short, development is progressing at full speed.

The device’s biggest trump card will be its battery capacity, which Vivo has been steadily increasing.
The X200 Ultra was launched globally with a 6,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery. In the X300 series, the standard model remains at 6,040 mAh, while the X300 Pro has increased its capacity to 6,510 mAh.
According to new leaks, the X300 Ultra will increase its capacity to approximately 7,000 mAh.
This significant jump is enough to pose a real threat to rivals like the Oppo Find X9 Pro (7,500 mAh) and the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max (7,500 mAh). However, it remains to be seen whether the upcoming Find X9 Ultra will push its battery capacity even further towards the 8,000 mAh milestone.
While other specifications of the X300 Ultra remain under wraps, the phone is expected to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. A new camera setup is expected, focusing on a 35mm primary lens paired with Sony’s latest Lytia 901 sensor.
Another welcome change is that, unlike the China-only X200 Ultra, this model is aiming for a global launch from day one. If all these leaks prove true, the X300 Ultra looks set to be one of the most anticipated and eye-catching flagships of 2026.
