vivo continues to expand its product lineup. The Chinese brand is preparing to launch the X200 FE model very soon. Recent developments indicate that the device may arrive earlier than expected. Here are the details!
When will the vivo X200 FE be announced?
The upcoming vivo X200 FE could be released sooner than anticipated. Previous reports suggested a July launch for the smartphone. However, according to well-known leakster Paras Guglani, the device will be unveiled on June 30th.
In addition, the source shared images of the vivo X200 FE’s retail box. The phone is expected to be available in black, blue, yellow, and pink color options.
The colors and overall design shown in the images are identical to the vivo S30 Pro Mini, which is sold in China. Therefore, it is highly likely that the vivo X200 FE is essentially a rebranded version of that phone, with only minor regional differences.
The model is expected to feature an AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. On the front, there will be a 50 MP selfie camera positioned in a centered punch-hole.
The rear camera setup is said to include a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 70 mm focal length. Both the main and telephoto lenses are reported to support optical image stabilization (OIS).
Recently, the device appeared in the Geekbench database under the model number V2503. It scored 2,087 points in the single-core test and 6,808 points in the multi-core test. These benchmarks also indirectly confirmed some of the device’s specifications.
The prototype listed on Geekbench is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset and comes with 12 GB of RAM. However, other memory variants may also be available. Additionally, the phone will run Android 15 out of the box.
