Specifications and Price of Volkswagen ID.3 GTX!
Volkswagen, known for its electric cars, has finally stepped into the hot hatch segment. With models like the Golf R, Golf GTI, and Polo GTI winning hearts, the brand aims to extend this legacy to the world of electric vehicles. Alongside, the Volkswagen ID.3 GTX, producing 322 hp, has made its debut.
In fact, the car is quite similar to the recently introduced Cupra Born VZ, sharing the same platform. The base version of the car (ID.3 GTX base version) produces 282 hp at the rear axle. However, with additional enhancements to the performance model, this figure reaches around 322 hp.
The rear-wheel-drive Volkswagen ID.3 GTX accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 5.6 seconds, a figure applicable to the enhanced 322 hp version. The base ID.3 GTX achieves 0-100 km/h in 6 seconds. The car supports DC charging at 175 kilowatts, enabling the battery to reach 80% capacity from 10% in just 26 minutes. It offers a range of 373 miles (600 kilometers) on a full charge.
When it comes to the interior and exterior design, we find the classic electric Volkswagen design. The egg-shaped front view, daytime running lights leading to the emblem in a line, are quite elegant. The rear end resembles the Golf to a large extent. The roof and trunk lid come in black.
The price of the new GTI contender is yet to be announced. However, whether the car will be available for sale in Turkey remains a question. What do you think about the Volkswagen ID.3 GTX features? Don’t forget to share your opinions in the comments section…
